Every appointment is tailored for you to experience a relaxed, enjoyable moment for yourself.

What is a customized salon experience like?

  • You'll receive a text the day of your appointment with directions to the salon. You'll be able to choose your complimentary services, music, and essential oil of choice.

  • I will greet you and give you a short tour of the office to make you feel comfortable, and walk you back to my suite to begin your service.

  • We'll discuss your hair and goals to confirm we both agree on how to proceed to achieve the results you are looking for. You will feel listened to, excited, and confident that you will be cared for as we explore solutions and plans to create your perfect style.

  • As I proceed with your services, we'll keep you entertained - either with watching shows, listening to music or podcasts, scrolling online, or fun conversation. Need some quiet time to just chill? It's completely up to you!

    Snacks and beverages are available at any time.

    Fidget toys and other sensory items are provided at all times for your comfort.

  • Every service package includes your choice of a relaxing scalp massage, a warm towel, a weight shoulder wrap, and eye mask.

    I can dim the lights and stay silent so you can enjoy your "me time."

    If you don’t enjoy shampooing, we can make it a quick process to reduce stimulus.

  • We'll make a plan for when and what your next appointment will be, get you checked out, and send you home with recommendations on how to style and maintain your hair at home.

    If you have any issues, questions, or concerns between appointments, I am only a text or email away to help you.

FAQ

  • Parking is plentiful. The salon is on the ground floor and a short walk from the parking lot.

  • Hair cuts are usually available within 2 weeks.
    Colors and extension installations usually are available within 4 weeks.

  • Products are chosen based on the manufacture’s commitment to sustainability, quality, and ethics.

    You have options for all natural and effective product lines. This may change and vary as manufacture brands change and grow.

    Currently, wash lines and styling lines are from Davines, Hairstory, and Cult & King.

    Color lines are from Calura/Oligo.

  • The quality of your extension hair can make or break your style.

    I use ethical brands that display high quality product. This isn’t always the big names that you recognize.

    I have multiple suppliers and am able to provide the best hair in it’s length category as needed.

    The price of your extension hair will vary based on length, type of install, and color needs.

    All hair is prepped for you with a deep cleansing service, deep conditioning, and blow dry prior to install. Generally, the hair will also need to be customized with color as well to blend as naturally as possible.
